Spotted Ridge Engineering is an OC Labs service. We ask for the information needed to understand your request and reply.
What the form collects
Your name, email, selected package, message and any optional public link. The form also records the selected service so we can understand your enquiry.
How it is used
We use these details to assess the request, communicate with you, prepare a quote and keep a record of that discussion. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or start billing.
How it reaches us
The form is processed and stored using Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider. Relevant details may also be handled in our business email when we respond. These providers may process data outside Australia.
Share only what is needed
Please do not send passwords, credentials, private code or customer records through this form. We agree a suitable way to exchange confidential project material when scoping the work.
Questions or deletion requests
Email tim@oc-labs.com.au to ask about your enquiry information or request deletion. We will explain if a business-record requirement prevents deletion of particular information.
